I just wanted to say with great joy that yesterday I made a perfect grilled cheese sandwich. You might say that it's easy to make a grilled cheese, but for me this is a great accomplishment. I have never been able to make a decent grilled cheese sandwich. Either the bread burns and the cheese doesn't melt or the opposite happens and the bread is soggy and the cheese is everywhere. I could never find the right temp. Then my wonderful friend Sarah Jean gave me a few pointers and I tried them out yesterday. To my surprise, it turned out to be one of the best I've had! WOW! Finally I don't have to get someone else to make me a grilled cheese if I ever want one.

You are way to nice. Now maybe you could come over and teach me how to boil eggs. Seriously, I can't figure out the secret to do it correctly.
Don't worry Shay! I can't make Mac and Cheese, and it comes in a box! It always turns into soup, and that's nasty!
